A five-star average tells you someone was pleasant. It doesn't tell you they're a licensed electrician. We check IDs, licences, and portfolios before a pro can take a job.

On a ₱40,000 bathroom reno, a rating system isn't protection. Escrow is. Your payment is held until you confirm the work is actually finished.

Describe the job properly
A guided form, not a blank text box — the access, the materials, the site conditions, plus photos. Pros can only quote accurately if they know what they're walking into.

Get real quotes
Your job goes to vetted pros in that trade and service area. They quote against your actual scope. Nothing is fixed-rate, because no two repairs are the same job.

Compare, chat, and schedule
Look at the numbers side by side, message the pro to settle details, then lock in a date. Payment goes into escrow — not to the worker, not yet.

Track it to done
Status updates through the whole job, including the multi-day renovation kind. Your pro marks it complete, you confirm the work, and only then is the money released.

Your money doesn't move until you say so.
When you accept a quote, you pay into escrow — held, not handed over. Your pro can see the job is funded and gets on with it. You release the payment only after they mark the work complete and you confirm it.
It protects both sides. You're not paying up front for work that might not happen, and your pro isn't chasing an invoice after finishing the job.
